C.P. Ricardo Ramírez López

Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, is a member of the 1st Generation of Certified Public Accountants by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, A.C. He has extensive experience in the area of financial auditing, auditing for the purposes of the General Administration of Federal Tax Audit, and special audits.
He is a co-author of the electronic system; Financial statement audit and tax report “Auditor 2000”, published by the company Sistemas Estratégicos, S.A. de C.V.
and co-author of the essay; Operational Audit Bulletin on Contracting Bank Loans.
He was part of the advisory group of Nacional Financiera, S.N.C., and is currently a permanent advisor on multiple Boards of Directors of companies in the pharmaceutical industry, the financial system, etc.
He has been a member of the College of Public Accountants of Mexico, A.C., since 1987, has made various presentations of both a financial and fiscal nature in different forums, and is a founding partner of the public accounting firm Ramírez López, S.C.

Lic. Roberto Guerra Méndez

He holds a Law Degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master’s Degree in Law from the Law School of the National Bar Association. He has strengthened his professional career in both the private and public sectors.

A lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with more than eight years of experience in contentious matters and a career in the public and private sectors.
